Google Pitt / Chicago / Boston / Austin L3 Comp?
Anyone know what L3 comp is like at these offices? Is it just like a flat percentage off a NYC or SF package? Recruiter said 140 TC in Pittsburgh is the standard and about 150 in Boston, is this low?

Pitt is stupid cheap and a great town. 140 and you’d be living it up.

Depends on current comp and YOE , how badly a team wants you etc. I explored Pittsburg as an option but ended up heading to HQ after being talking with friends at G

Is it a bad idea to work at a small office like the Pittsburgh one? I know growth will always be better at HQ, but I kind of have low aspirations and just want to make it to L5
Really? What's the max for Pittsburgh around that level?
I don't know but they said 155 is on the higher end so probably more than that
