Hi Googlers, what is the relative base pay for Google US cities? Trying to figure out what the b%, c%, d% are below I know that there are these 4 levels of cities based on Cost of Living A. base = 100% B. what's the name of this tier? = 100 + b%? C. Premium = 100 + c%? D. Premium plus = 100 + d%? Also, does equity vary by location? Tc = $0
What the heck is this?
Googlers know
Equity refreshers do vary by location, but not *that* much. idk what the exact percentages are
You have it backwards. US Premium Plus (NYC & SF/MTV): 100% US Premium (Seattle, Boston/Cambridge, LA, Washington DC and a few others): 90% Base & 95% equity US National (Most other cities): 85% base, 90% equity US Discount (bumblefuck flyover states where there are data centers): 75% base, 80% equity (I think) Then there are a couple of weird tiers like National-Minus (I think Raleigh) and discount-minus.
Thank you. Do you know where ATL and Austin fall?
ATL is national. Austin is national or maybe national minus.
