I have my senior engineering manager interview in 2 weeks. There are 3 behavioral rounds 1. People management 2. Technical leadership * 3. Organizational strategy * I have some questions about #2 and #3. As these are wide areas, could someone help me with areas covered and some sample questions that will help me in preparing in right direction. If you have interviewed for L7 manager at google, I really appreciate your input. Thank you #google

Maybe you lower your guard on Blind, but try to punctuate properly. Some people ragequit because of distraction caused by bad writing, including me. For TL be prepared on stories showing technical leadership in recent projects. They have to be large-scale, not a one month feature with your pal. Be ready to be grilled on how you handle ambiguity. Also prepare scenarios where you fucked up and how you handled that. Be genuine, don’t go “I work too hard is my flaw” on the interviewer.
Org Strategies round is all about hypothetical situations/ scenarios in your org and how you'd handle them. How do you keep your team organized and why etc.,?
Are you in the process for G L7 loop?
Op, can you dm me?
How did it go?
Hey, would you please mind sharing more detail about the interview. I know the other will benefit from it. Thanks a lot.
