Google's APMM Program
I've been working as a customer experience associate at RTR for a year. Not loving retail :( I'm considering jumping into tech with this program at Google (heard it's for fresh grads so I might be eligible). Do you know of this program? How to prepare myself for this (any resume/interview question advice is much appreciated)? Thanks!

I applied for (with a reference) but was not accepted. I have over 6 years experience with digital product, marketing, operations and project management. Any ideas what might have been the issue? Very curious as this is exactly the type of program I’ve been looking for, regardless of that fact that it’s Google.
This is an entry level role. 6 years of experience is too much.
