Got offer from Compass Hyd India.Should I join?
I am currently working in Walmart and didn't like the work culture over here.Just got an offer from Compass. How is compass doing in terms of revenue and how's the work culture? Should I join or look for other decent company? #offer #tech #compass YOE: 8 years Current Package: 38 LPA (fixed) + 9 LPA (variable) + 3 Lakh (joining bonus) Offered Package: 57 LPA (fixed) Waiting for the final offering package. There were 3 rounds one was from Krakat and all 3 of them was related to Data Structure

Yes, they are offering 50 LPA and role will be Senior Engineer
50lpa including fixed, var, jb. How about RSUs?
How is culture at Walmart Bangalore?
Not good.Manager literally don't know how the thing work...if you able to speak even if you don't know how to write the code...you can survive and get hike and promotion
