H1B Transfer to Deloitte

My process of H1-B visa transfer to Deloitte in premium processing was filed on September 08 and I received RFE on September 18. Does anyone have idea how much time Deloitte immigration team takes to file the RFE response? I have tried to reach out to lawyer several times but there is no response from anymore.

The immigration team at Deloitte is shit. Keep emailing them and include your recruiter.

I am trying almost every second day. They aren’t helping at all. Will keep on doing the same . Thanks!

Do you have any idea how long does they talk to file response for RFE?

Cognizant xyz131 Oct 18, 2018

I am on the same boat. I am not impressed with the attorney team as well. I am told that the response will be filed only when it is close to 80 days.

Did attorney tell you this? Also, was your petition filed in premium processing? When did you receive RFE?

Cognizant xyz131 Oct 24, 2018

My recruiter told me this. Mine was also field in premium on Sep 10 and got RFE on Sep 24.

Is it advisable to join Deloitte on receipt? The position offered is Specialist Leader. I140 approved 6 years ago and valid with current employer.

EY infoshare1 OP Jan 19, 2019

If you are happy with the compensation then yes

Syntel lUVo45 Jan 19, 2019

Thanks for the quick response. Did you join finally? Any insight on their policy in case of transfer denial, or in long-term extension denial?
