There are some websites like myvisajobs.com where you can find jobs that sponsor you, or services like vanhack that allow foreigners to create profiles and get scouted by companies or directly apply to them. Speaking from experience, I have seen some success by changing my location to the US on LinkedIn and replying to recruiters saying that I was in Europe and would need visa sponsorship. This approach actually landed me an interview with Meta early last year. Anyway, given the current climate in the global economy, I've seen jobs that would usually go for weeks with less than 20 total applicants having over 100 applicants in less than a day. I'd say that if there's a time to get sponsored, it's probably not now. Good luck.
Who would apply for you knowing only 25% chance of getting per year and even you get it they’d have to wait for 6+ months before you start?
Microsoft does it. Also, as I really wanted to relocate I started working remotely like this even in case of lottery fail, there is l1b path

Friend, LinkedIn would be your best bet. Ask for referrals when you have job links or connect with recruiters?
