Hardware EPM ICT5 salary at Apple
Any guidance on base/signon/RSU expectations? Currently waiting on to hear from the recruiter. Saw previous posts here but seems mostly software related and ICT4.

Can I ask what you were offered for ICT5 EPM? Iโm looking to switch internally to EPM but wanted to see how it compares to IC4 TC 260K

Not the op, or ICT5, but you can definitely get that TC as an ICT4 EPM. Hell, or frankly almost that as a well paid ICT3 with a full pipeline.
ICT5 or IC5? The problem with ICT5 is at that level the offer is so specific to the person it isnโt necessarily relevant what the typical is. If youโre getting ICT5 as your initial offer, you usually arenโt typical. Itโs a wide band. Could be anything really. Only real rule: Should be more than the 4 offers though. :P
