Has anyone tried renting out their apartment on Airbnb?
I’ve just started at BCG and have been thinking about renting out my apartment on the days I’m on-site with the client. Has anyone ever done this? If so, how has your experience been? How much time does it take up per week? If not, why would you say you haven’t done it? Too much time investment? The extra income isn’t worth the effort? Other reasons?
Depends on which city, i did put my room on Airbnb long ago when i was living in Manhattan. You just need to have a decently clean room/house and be responsive and it’s super easy. I would encourage you to do one and check out how it works for you!
Hi. Great idea. I regret never doing this when i started in consulting 3 years ago as i though i would never find guests but that was belony. Only problem was M-Th are not as prime as the weekend. Regardless, if your location is decent and your price is right, you will still find plenty of guess to host.
