160 Base pay is lower than my current base, but 400k stock and 60k sign on eclipse ms stock rewards.. the offer Seems avg, but the lower base and the benefits just don’t match. The only thing they have is stock, and they have a bizarre reward system in that you might not get rewards the following year... I feel like it’s a gamble accepting. The team seems interesting on the other hand but I like my current team as well
Amazon's base is capped at 160k AFAIK. It's all stocks after that. So, you are saying that you will be getting total of $460k of bonus over next 4 years. That is on avg $120k bonus annually. I don't know how much MSFT pays you, but that seems like a good offer
160k is the cap.
