Merit 8%, Bonus 16%, Stock 20k do I suck at my job?(L65,IC). Recently moved to MS <2 years. Need to decide if I should change job or change team. What chance I have at 66 in an year ? () #engineering , #software,#rewards, #IDC

There must be criterion ,like 2 back to back meets expectations for consideration at elevation ,right ?

That's bad rewards, I would be worried if I were in your place. Figure out where there is an expectation mismatch and plug the gaps, else look for another job.

Why worried? There is no PIP culture there, right?
Target stock is 36k and target bonus is 20%. I guess you are below meets expectations
