61, cloud team, no talks of promo yet old tech and slow work, so no relevant learnings here
If you have WLB try LCing more and go for Google/Uber. No point in switching to bad companies. Also if possible prep well and with 5 YOE you can try (long shot but possible) for FB London E5.

Yes, they say they cant go more on esops for the level (Sde2) Do you have any data point if they pay more in esops than that ?

That's a mearge hike considering your current TC, I assume that also includes MS stocks, which are def a good to hold. Maybe wait out and try to get some more offers? Try U, G, Coinbase, Rippling maybe?
KeepTruckin seems to fit your requirements. Can vouch for the culture. Can't comment on the pay since I'm not aware of usual numbers considering the Indian team is comparatively small. Happy to answer any questions. Also is it for SDE2 or SSE?

First two rounds were problem solving in which LC type questions were asked and 3rd round was Real Life challenge implementation round in which I got eliminated. 3rd round is more like machine coding round.

Amazon offer is good for your experience. You can join and then leave if you don’t find it good. Which team in Amazon? Transportation, Payments are horrible orgs in terms of culture and politics.
