Honey Compensations
Interviewing with Honey next week, but curious to know what people are making here and what are your roles? I applied to senior non-tech positions, but would love to hear from anyone working there. Not sure if the Paypal acquisition would affect comps.
Honey comp won’t be able to match Amazon. Now that we’re PayPal comp will probably match PayPal’s comp structure which also can’t beat amazon. Pay for SE 1,2,3,Senior is about 95,120,135,150 with 10% bonus and a negligible amount of stock for old Honey.
Thanks for the heads up and appreciate the details! Did you get a signing bonus as well? I’m in non-tech and interviewing for a senior level marketing position. I looked on Paysa to get an idea of PayPals pay scale. Not sure how accurate it is though?
