I have 5 YOE and I am a swe. I still do not grasp the OOPS concept . Why and when to use interfaces and abstract classes and architectural patterns and other general oops concepts ? When I follow a tutorial or YouTube video with some simple examples , it seems fine but I struggle to apply it in my job. I'm waiting to get my 💡 moment . Any help/tips would be appreciated. OOP is out of fashion these days and with some good reason. Modern programming languages have stayed away from the most controversial aspects of traditional OOP seen in C++, Java so you are not missing much. The concept of interface and mixin are things you should learn well though. Maybe learn both Go and Rust
