How does eBay pay employee?
Hi blind, I recently accepted an offer at ebay and I asked my recruiter when I should expect my first pay check. And his response was " ebay pays their employees every other Friday and they mail out a psychical check" For current ebay employees, do you guys get direct deposit as well and does every other Friday means biweekly? Old TC: 95 New TC: 130 YOE: 4

Probably physical check for the 1st one, then direct deposit for all the rest.

That is pretty standard, as it takes a little bit of time to get direct deposit setup between payroll and your bank, for some reason. Some companies will even send you a debit card and deposit a paycheck or 2 on that until DD is established. All typical onboarding things that happen when you join a new company.
The lazy ones use buy-it-now.
What role is this? And yes not by mail, it's direct deposit.

Check until you setup the direct deposit. My first was check due to onboarding, later completed my bank set up. And it’s direct deposit biweekly.
