How is the Walmart Developer Experience Team? [BangaIore, INDIA]
I am expecting an offer from Walmart soon. The team I am going to be a part of is the Developer Experience Team. They are creating an internal tool platform that is going to be used across Walmart teams. They handle the walmart.io website also. The team members are spread out across US and India. (Worried about lot of late night meetings) Does anyone have any idea how is that team? Any help is appreciated. Current TC: 34 (all fixed) YOE: 4 Offer In hand: 45 LPA (43 fixed + 2 joining) Walmart offer: waiting (I hope they can give something around 45)

I would be happily surprised if they can match 45. For 4 yoe you might get in3 or in4. 45 is not expected, for in3 (out of band). Did you have design rounds?
Not a full fledged design round but in one round one of the interviewer asked me about designing a video streaming service and after 4-5 minutes of me explaining things he started asking questions about another area. So I don't know if that counts as design round or not.
But yes, for IN3 it's max 38-40. I guess that's what they will offer unless they decide to upgrade it to IN4. What do you think?
