How is working at VMWare or more specifically VMWare Ireland?
I got an offer and I've accepted. I work at AWS Ireland and I'm considering if it'd be worth it or if I should consider other interviews and raise the offers. All in USD AWS TC: 120k VMWare TC: 285k Yoe: 3 years, 1 year post grad

The salaries seem to be at par with US salaries. Any reason why this is the case for Ireland and not most of Europe and UK or is yours an exception and not representative of the general market. Not implying anything, just a genuine curiosity!
