Can't RTO if the company has sold all the offices
Hybrid. Up to the manager of each team. A lot of teams I know do once a month.
That’s what we did at Qualtrics…then the CEO said return 4x per week about 3 months later. Hope Verizon doesn’t change their mind.
Yikes. That really sucks. I hope so too because if they did I would look for another job. Lol They sold off half of the office that is in my location so idk if they plan to mandate days. But it's possible.
3 days. Bs part is that all remote hires will stay as remote lol. So all experienced senior employees hired pre covid are forced to do hybrid lol.
We’re staying hybrid and remote where it makes sense.
We’re hybrid but there’s not set amount of days. Some teams go in once a week. My team is truly international so frankly there is no point. I’ve been to the office three times this year. Once just to go. The second time was my boss was in town. The third was because my director was in town. I’m the only one on my team in my city. Other teams have a lot of folks here and even full teams but not the case for me.
Working from home- full remote , Thanks VMware
Gotta love Qualtrics having the least flexible “hybrid” model.
