How much should I ask for Facebook and Lyft?
Got phone calls from both companies and they both extended offers. They are working on comp right now. Wondering how much I should be looking for. Super thankful to be in this situation! SWE 4 yoe Lyft interview went very well (don’t know level yet, but probably high T4 low T5) Facebook is going to be an L4 offer I’m thinking of something north of 285K TC. Got an Amazon offer @275K TC. What do you guys think? Please help! Thanks!

Lyft should be around 300k. If you negotiate well, it can go up to 320k assuming you are T4. T5 should be around 400k
Fb can pay 300, lyft has chance for 330-350

Ask for 180k base, 500k rsu and 50k sign-on
500K. Anything less for 4 YoE is selling yourself too short

For Lyft, try 180/550/50 if its T4. Its on the higher end but I feel its doable if you have competing offers
What?! 285k?! At least ask for 300k. Fb pays well and Lyft counters Fb well.
This is why I need Blind... would you mind breaking down how you’d structure it? Like how much base / RSUs / etc.?
180k base, 350k stock, 50k signing bonus, 10% annual cash, 20k annual RSU refreshers
