How to access to banned ig account with no email and phone access?

My account has been hacked multiple times and instagram banned my account (its not deactivated bht cant login without verifying from phone or email) Unfortunately the phone number and email registered in my ig account is very old one and cant get the access ...(took by someone else i guess) Is there anyway to login again while having no access to the phone AND email ? Since its banned... they keep asking for the verification which i cant do..
