How to negotiate salary
Hi y’all, my product design internship is coming to an end, and my director of product has verbally gave me a return offer. How much salary should I be asking for? The company is a mid size start up, based in Seattle, WA. I have had 1 year of job experience in UX/product design, all working for small start ups in the form of internship.
