A girl cooked Indian food for me and now my entire apartment smells. How to remove this smell or should I just move? Update you all: the smell was infused into a throw. Apparently she had wrapped that around herself while cooking. Threw it out and it’s 90% better now
Burn it down
Honestly, that just spreads it to the neighbors.
Open your windows and use scented candles. Leave it for some time. If nothing works burn down the apartment bro. That's the only way.
Yeah it’s Been doing that but it’s super hot so can’t keep windows open for too long. Need that AC. Any particular scents recommended?
Pine or lemon
You must not be an engineer right ? Because if you are ! Then your question is just stupid.
No I’m not a food engineer
An engineer is engineer by heart not by category. Thanks, thats explains your silly question.
Remove the source - girl. Problem solved for both of you
The smell persists and it’s only from cooking one meal
What was the menu? Irrespective of what kind of cooking (Indian, or non Indian) keep the vent fan ON all the time. You can also get diffuser or odor eliminator
Open the window, turn on the fan, spray some room freshener. Take a 15 min walk, come back and you’ll be good. Don’t be a twat about not turning off the AC. Just a heads up, if any odor isn’t going away over a few hours, the air circulation in your place place probably isn’t good to start with so be mindful of that, that’s a whole other thing.
Cover it up with the scent of 🐟🌮
Scent? That's smelly too
Just cook up some bacon. Or smoke some weed. Or blow up a bottle of febreeze.
Cooking bacon is the best idea posted here 💯
Someone's scent is smelly for other person. You should date only bacon eaters :p
Spray vinegar and leave your window open. Vinegar will evaporate together with the smell. After that, use some coffee powder to freshen up. All natural and effective.
Spray vinegar on whAt? The floor? Or the stove? Or the walls?
The air. After a day it should take all the smell away.
Febreeze and scrub down the countertops/hard surfaces. Open windows and put in a fan
Scent is absorbed by soft surfaces (fabric, wood, walls) and less so by hard surfaces (countertop, utensils)

Thank you AAPL and NVDA
Tell her to deep fry beef and pork. That should fix it.
Are you trolling? I think she doesn’t eat or cook beef anyway
I want my food to have had parents.
