Is "From the River to the Sea" So Wrong?
Is anyone currently (or recently) employed at Intuit as PM willing to chat? I’m genuinely interested in learning about intuit’s culture, wlb, comp, career growth, and leadership. Also, do they hire remote PMs anymore? I’d appreciate any insight! Thank you! TC: $236k YOE: 5 as PM #pm #product
They aren't hiring remote any more. They want people within 20-40 miles of an office and for you to come in twice a week. They're monitoring badge swipes to enforce. I was a product manager at Mailchimp and worked there for two years after the acquisition. I didn't like Intuit's culture. Annual goals change about quarterly so you never get to make progress. Leaders will tell you what to put on your roadmap. There isn't much autonomy.
