Can you tell me compensation and WLB in elastic?

Elastic Q(‘_’Q Aug 1, 2022

WLB dependent on team, I have weeks where I work 50+ hours and others where I work 30, keep in mind we get two 4 day weeks per month. Compensation is fairly competitive but not top tier, levels.fyi has some data

I'd toss Google in there. I've only been here for about four months but rto seems sorta optional, once a week is good enough more or less

That sounds like Hybrid tho. Like you can’t be living in Boise Idaho and go to Mountainview Office once a week…

Google Aug 1, 2022

It is hybrid but remote friendly.. nothing out of the norm though I guess these days

Indeed, we’re literally remote first and at the very least you’ll get paid as much as someone that works at our HQ
