Both my wife and I follow attractive people on Insta. It's not a big deal, it's not like we talk to any of them. Unless he's DMing them I don't see an issue
It's different when both do it vs just one. Also, you didn't quite clarify if you follow attractive people of the opposite gender for their attractiveness alone. Regardless, every couple is different, and a conversation on respect and boundaries for OP and her husband, seems to be needed.
