On physical aspects - I am experiencing severe hair fall, weight management is harder, I can't pull late nights anymore, and I am devoting less time to grooming myself. On social aspects - I am losing friends, I like my own space more than ever, I chose a handful of close friends over large group of randos, and I prefer a deeper connection and honest conversations more than ever. On professional aspects - I value work life balance and a good working culture more than title, position, or money. On personal aspects - I am trying to develop better habits like volunteering and reading books over watching funny YouTube videos. I just realized that I am turning into an old boring person everyday. Is this what 'having shit together' looks like? I am concerned a few more years and I would have turned into a 'loner who likes to do my own things'. Anyone else concerned about becoming an old and boring personality? How do I stay young at heart?
It sounds like you know what you are doing. What’s wrong with having a heart reflective of your age?
I think I am getting close to an old boring recluse personality haha
I can relate to pretty much all this
Haha glad I am not alone. What do you do to stay young at heart?
Play with my kids
Date younger women. Sorry. But it's true
Younger women don't date me 😂
TC++ until they do
Watch TV
Isn't that contrary to the point I am trying to make and the suggestions I am asking for?

Read point 2
"I prefer deeper connections" doesn't mean you can't rearrange guts
It depends on what you define is boring and old. If you keep complaining then everything would suck. I’m just glad I’m alive.
You sound depressed
