I like what my boss is doing (compared to other leaders at my company), and want to highlight this to higher ups. But I don't want to look like I'm kissing ass. How to go about encouraging good leadership practices without getting my teammates to think I'm trying to be a teacher's pet? Tc 450

1:1 feedback, sparingly, and make it specific. Not “you’re a great boss” but “thanks for unblocking that last project by talking to the VP of the other department” or “thanks for giving us the extra month to design this product the right way”.
