Intel Sabbatical Payout
(AZ Employee) If Im sabbatical eligible and I schedule my sabbatical but leave Intel before taking it, will I still be able to cash out?

Yes, they pay out 20 days of pay for a 4 week sabbatical and 40 days for an 8 week sabbatical. They just paid mine out in Oregon on my last day very recently.

Hmm ok. That makes sense. I know someone who was looking to switch and didn’t take sabbatical because they considered sabbatical payout as some sort of a bonus..never understood that kind of thinking
Yes. It’s automatic and does not require intervention
