Depends on the group. If it's stress analysis then sharpen up on related skills. Look into the group you are interviewing for. Peek at LinkedIn of the group interviewing you. Freshen up on basic mechanical engineering concepts on it. Be sure to have a solid 4-6 examples of projects etc you've worked on that you can discuss in great detail
Have someone proofread your presentation. Your presentation topic should be relevant to the position. Practice presenting several times.
Present something you owned a significant part in accomplishing, preferably something that required significant teamwork. Be able to demonstrate extremely in depth understanding of your immediate area of responsibility and accomplishment. Be able to demonstrate good understanding of the other members portions as well. We want breadth and depth. Don’t bullshit and be willing to admit when you don’t know something. Lessons learned are very important (at least to me). Doesn’t matter if your project ended up as a failure. Understand why and how you’d do better if attempted again. Highly recommend not presenting something still in progress unless there are enough intermediate milestones to demonstrate competence and scope. Definitely don’t present on something that’s wholly theoretical. You will get roasted. Send in your slides several BUSINESS DAYS early even if incomplete. Giving the lead or manager some time to offer direction or critique will help your chances. If you’re experienced in industry then you need to show you know the business you worked for. How did your work fit into the business as a whole?

You don’t know what you’re talking about.
Maybe things have changed since I interviewed at SpaceX but that was pretty much what was going on there when I decided to pass on the offer.
