Hi, im interviewing with Spacex for a Senior Business Analyst role. - i have to go onsite Hawthorne and do a presentation of a technical problem/project ive worked on in past - do a HackerRank python and Sql test onsite - i dunno entertain (onsite scheduled from 10 to 5pm) Recruiter did say this would evaluate my seniority within the "team". Question: 1) any TC Idea (virtually no data) 2) is it normal procedure for onsite stuff? Current TC 193K 10 YOE

When bad management isn't enough and you have to join a company that has a cult as well 😂 In all seriousness this is the standard process at Spacex. Not sure about TC, I think they should at least be able to match. Also consider that Hawthorne is not the safest, used to ride my bike to work every day and back at midnight every night (don't recommend). But many people do really like working there and I've never been at a company with such a collective passion toward the overall mission.
i think both companies are cults lol. Yea Hawthorne is horrible area so they would have to pay a premium for me to move from virtual to full office
There's that too. I will say surrounding areas like redondo, and Manhattan Beach are fairly nice
