If a bigger company acquires another like the Microsoft and Blizzard/Activision situation, does the interview process/ standards for Blizzard also change? Also, Does this mean Blizzard is at Microsoft’s level now in terms of merit? #tech #swe #softwareengineer #sde
The deal hasn’t even gone through yet, and still needs DOJ approval. Nothing has changed yet and won’t until at least 2023. That’s only if they give 10% to the “big guy”
Hell yeah 😂😂😂
I have my final interview coming up next week with Blizzard/Activision and I was told about a round called distributed algorithm. What should I focus while preparing for this specific round? I am familiar with the FAANG interviews and my preparation falls under that zone but distributed algorithm sounds new at least for me. Looking for directions please. Just to clarify this is for a software engineer position.
