Is 1.2ghz too low base frequency for a new laptop

I'm intending to buy a new laptop I'm thinking of thinkbook 16 gen7 I'm planning to use this laptop long term until it slows down. Reason for purchase: my previous laptop slowed down. I had it for 6+ years Usage: website development, programming, experimenting with ai/ml. I don't play computer games. Intel core ultra 5 125H processor It has base frequency of 1.2ghz and turboboost upto (ecores 3.6ghz p-cores 4.5ghz) Is it too low for laptop? Price after customization: RS.96k in one of my previous blind posts, one member recommended Qualcomm based processor. While it interests me, I'm not sure how long I have to wait for it. Another thing which I learnt is, folks recommend ARM based CPUs. But I'm not sure about the available laptops. I know MAC has ARM chipset, but I'm not intending to go for MAC at this time

I am still running a MacBook 13 inch late 2013 model and it runs fine.

Which macos are you running? Can you share about your usage? I intend to use my laptop as long as possible.

The last one available for the machine. I don’t think I can upgrade the OS any further.

No one refers to the ghz of a processor as frequency. You must be a bot.

No don't buy a Windows ARM machine. They are not there yet. Not sure about Linux.
