Is PayPal considered a better brand than DoorDash?
Received a non-tech offer from PayPal and go from Manager to Senior Manager. What is considered a better brand on the resume? My TC stays the same (due to pre-IPO) shares but I get a higher title. TC 300k 7 YOE

Doordash's Manager's TC just 300k, you must be kidding!? Manager is at least M1 or E6, TC should be around 500k+

I would wager PayPal has better US and global brand awareness than DoorDash and has more interesting information about people, companies, and other competition in the fintech space. I feel like the learnings at DoorDash are limited in comparison.
When I hear PayPal I think boomers and uninteresting, regulation-bound tech. Go with DD.
