We pay ICs that much in proserve but its rare since we only added the L8 IC level recently
Absolutely. You have to be a VP/Head of Professional Services (of the Geo/Region), managing over a 300+ people Org at one of the Top Software companies. (I report to one such VPs and he makes over $3M for sure).
