Do people underestimate E6 role at meta?
I am 26 years old and I've been working at Microsoft for less than a year, no vested stocks yet, lvl 61. I got an offer from a local startup that's going to the IPO phase very soon, the total compensation is 11% higher than my current TC at Microsoft (even after vesting the stocks). I like Microsoft, but my current work is not very exciting, I joined Microsoft because life put me in there, I feel that I only code what others design and solve bugs, that's it, on the other side the startup is offering me a senior software eng position with more technical challenges and the opportunity to design and architect solutions. I don't want to waste my youth just working at Microsoft to stamp it on my CV, I want to become a very good engineer, independent on the company branding and the stocks mental game. Do you think moving to the start up could be a mistake? I know that Microsoft stocks are on fire right now, should I wait? What other options should I consider?

Every serious C+ startup is always saying they are going public very soon. Don’t take their word.
It's on the news, Forbes and another recognize financial blogs, they announced recently that they already started the IPO process in EEUU market, well this is based on my research so far
At this late stage, how much upside would you realistically have?
What's the startup?
Yep would love to know
I can't tell, they will identify me
Microsoft already pays peanuts. And startup is offering you just 11% more. Not worth the jump with all the uncertainty involved with paper Money
So is never going to be paper money a good thing? Even if the startup success on the IPO?
