Is BECU only for Boeing employees or can anyone get a loan from them? I locked a 10/6 ARM, at end of Dec for 6.375% with WF in the Bay Area.

I have 5.75% locked with Citi but that includes 0.25% relationship discount(Have to transfer 200k in assets to my Citi account). Withouf relation ship rate is 6%. This is for 10/1 ARM. Wells Fargo tried hard to match it but had higher closing costs so choose Citi.
