Just me, or Disney's hiring process is quite slow?
It's been a couple of weeks since the initial interview and no feedback. Is Disney one of those places with interview quotas?
My process was very slow. Almost 4 months from all to offer.
If Faang gets back to you within 3 days, they must realize they are losing talent.
🤷🏻♂️ recruiting such a mystery to me! Haha
my disney recruitment process was so fast i didnt kbow what hit me. went from stage to stage to offer to hire in like 1 day increments

Very slow 3-4 months
DIS has always been a mess due to years of re-orgs, fragmentation, changes within business units, M&A, arrogance, etc.
