Yes this is all very clear jn their benefits package.
I think this “positive impact” thing is confusing in offers. It’s not clear if candidates should consider in the annual compensation or not OR is it more like it might happen might not?

there are regular impact reviews which can include salary bumps or RSU refreshers, but they are based on the review and not guaranteed. one more thing: you really should have asked this to the recruiter or hiring manager before you started or signed.
So the impact reviews are not yearly then?
they should happen at least once a year but can in theory happen whenever, i think
