L65 or L66 compensation max at MSFT
What is the max TC for L65 or L66? 380k+ is possible?
L66 max is well into the 400s, could be 450 +
65 - base 225k+ target bonus 37k + target stock 37k (380k possible if you're actually a rockstar and/or if you can convince your mgr that you are) 66 - base 240k+ tgt bonus 75k + tgt stock 75k (380k easy if you're meeting expectation; but the expectations are way higher)
Has this changed at all for both 65/66? Is the bonus sign on? (I think so, as I think 20% is max annual bonus per year, right?) Is that 75k per year stock every year for 4 years? Could you also extrapolate on the expectations being way higher between the 65 and 66? Thank you in advance!
I joined Msft at L65 a year ago with a 420k offer. It's easily doable. Base: 230k Merit cash bonus: 46k Stock vest (hiring + merit stock): 145k I also got a 50k one time cash bonus I'm not counting in my tc.
L65 would be hard. L66 maybe, not sure.
