L6/L7 FAANG/Coinbase Offers

I'm currently a high performing L6 at Google. I have a plausible path to L7 at Google, generally enjoy the work and team but wanted to see what else was out there. I'm expecting a TC bump when I bring competing offers back to Google, but now I'm unsure the best way to navigate this situation even if I do get a retention bonus. I have two other offers I'm considering from Coinbase and Facebook: Coinbase (L7): $900k TC (unlike Google & FB, limited upside & downside with fixed ~$150k stock grants every 4 months) Meta/Facebook (E6): ~$700k TC (including $90k sign-on bonus, matched on a team with plausible path to E7 as well) Current TC: $600k (let's suppose this gets matched to roughly ~$700k to match FB?) Assuming I'm looking to maximize TC with a reasonable work life balance over the next ~5-10 years, I'm not sure how to weigh a few different factors: - Short term perf setback switching to Meta/Facebook and a new team in general - Likelihood of having a stressful ramp at Coinbase and being able to meet expectations in Coinbase culture - Cultural differences and WLB differences between the three companies - Stock stability expectations, since a large part of TC is stock and Coinbase's stock is much less stable than Google/FB (less upside, but also less downside) - Ability to move between companies at the same level (e.g. I'd assume if I get to L7 at Google, easier to get L7 offer at other FAANGs then going to Coinbase at L7 and going back to FAANG later) I'll leave if Google doesn't match, but if they do: What would you do?
