Step by step isn't useful once you do enough. You can figure out what's going on most of the time in the discuss section. I actually prefer code than a video because it's much faster for me. A video that can show the thought process of getting to the solution is way more valuable.

There’re startups for preparing technical interviews. You should be able to solve most of questions afterward. You have to struggle it then you would remember the questions better
