Leetcode strategy for company tagged questions

What strategy do you choose while solving company tagged questions. Leetcode top 50 questions list is mostly stale and doesn't update much. If you go to company tagged page like https://leetcode.com/company/microsoft it has totally different list if you sort by frequency.
