How much is the base salary and total compensation for a Senior Compliance Analyst at Liberty mutual?
I can check the internal posting on salary range and will let you know once I return my lunch. Still at LM but actively looking elsewhere. It’s chaotic here.
Can I DM you for referral?
I see one role listed as a pay grade 15, the listed range is 87,900-126,200 but is dependent on your location. And to note they typically hire in just below the midpoint.
Don’t join the company if you have another offer. Too much politics created toxic work environment. One of the as*hole managers (micromanaging and gaslighting direct reports) I knew just got promoted.
The sr compliance analyst pay range: (minimum- $87,900) and (maximum- $126,200) job post req# 2022-46371. HTH
Thank you! I appreciate you
I have an interview with them. Why is everyone so negative about this company? Is it too much work or poor management?

Seriously - I hope you don’t work there. It’s been more than 10yrs since they were run by competent leaders/sr execs. Why does this matter? Because you can learn a lot about the firm’s performance in just a few short years post senior leadership exits. David Long leaves a lot to be desired. Look elsewhere.
This is good advice. I just got out and thankful I did.
I’m looking to leave as well soon. How would you describe the job market out there for former insurance company folks? I’m curious even if you have anything anecdotal.
