I have a Bay Area staff offer (apps track) at 250k base and 700/4 stocks and wondering if they can go any higher. I'm hearing some concerns around LinkedIn's refresher policy. But I've also heard good things about WLB in general. Should I negotiate and accept here or keep trying at other companies too? Thanks! Current TC - 350k YOE - 9
LinkedIn’s refresher policies are exactly the same as Amazon’s refresher policies. They will reward top performers extremely well and then scraps for the rest.
LinkedIn staff is more like senior at other companies. This is a really good offer, but definitely negotiate on RSUs if this is their initial offer.
