I had one begging me to hire him and when I told him I was in the shittiest part of MSFT with no hiring capabilities. He proceeded to call me back 5 min later trying to say he was a great learner and so smart after failing to answer the most basic questions about my industry's.

Dumb Indians look at smart Indians and feel smart. Itās a culture thing. Like lot of dumb Indians look and top Indian CEOs and instead of feeling proud they feel smart. It magical and I have experienced it first hand

Someone re-wrote this with Indian and American, I have read this but with Boss and Employee conversation. LinkedIn is the next Facebook, I initially thought it's useful but it's all crap and stupid. Some guy wrote article - Google lost a chance to hire me, but Amazon hired me! What! Google lost a chance, lol. He didn't clear Google bar and had to settle for university hire Amazon and then wrote a blog post stating how Google process is not great and how he rejected Apple for low pay. Lol
I remember that post and then bunch of whining recruiter, preachers and wannabes always talking about N habits of sucksessful people. Seriously LinkedIn is getting beyond in level of annoying
