Looking for Robinhood Tc datapoint

Does anyone have any data points on TC for a L3/L4 equivalent at Robinhood? Particularly web engineering if anyone has insight to that. Been looking for a while but can’t seem to find much. Saw a ~550k (lots of equity) TC but can’t tell if it’s accurate.

Haven't been a L3 in a long time (not web engineer), all I know is that we target a pretty competitive salary range compared to most companies (can't compete with Google because their bands are ridiculous), equity definitely has a lot of upside so I won't be surprised if a big portion of your TC is equity.

At current valuation you still see a lot of upside? I like the product - recent fiasco, but I do not see how this will have a lot of growth given the current revenue model.

We base our new grad salary on Google's L3 salary evidently. I compared with my friend at Google and our salaries are exactly the same. 130 base/50 sign on/216 worth of RSU over 4 years Sorry but I have no idea about our L4 salary...
