Looking for a mentor who can guide for FAANG interview prep tips

Hello Blinders, I am working for a service company with 16 years of experience... I want to explore my career with a product FAANG, preferably as an engineering manager or product manager or any other role you recommend. My current role is an enterprise architect with blend role of people mangmt with more focus as hands on architect. I am really feeling stuck in career as in services companies I feel it very hard to touch base salary as 200k so I am really struggling and wonder how ppl are able to get into a tc of 300k or more...pls guide me...i am really feeling demotivated after interviewing with couple of service based companies where they can't even accommodate 20k extra to hire the top pick candidate recommended by their hiring team but every time confirm that you are top pick canadiate but can't meet 200k base or closer and I don't want to change for 10-15k.
