Hello, I am fed up with Amazon. I joined about an year back and I hate this culture particularly after the totally rigged Total Rewards process. I an trying to get out and would love if someone can refer me to a 5G related role at nVidia Austin. Thanks!

Dear Amazon, I read a lot about negative stuff about Amazon managers and how they pollute the future work places by inducting toxicity that they get from Amazon. In fact, I myself was a victim of one such manager who joined nvidia, leaving Amazon. In case you get recruited by nvidia, please be kind and empathetic towards your fellow nvidians. It’s not even 11 months that I joined Amazon. What you described is exactly what is making me hate my work. My manager and skip. Both of them ass lickers of their bosses. I worked at other semiconductor company for a looong time and miss that. So want to get back to a semi company.
