My spouse (non-tech) is a HR recruiter in a non profit. I see that she works for up to 10 hours per day but she feels unfulfilled in recruiting plus earns ๐ฅ. Due to the fact that she is on EAD and has non-tech background, she is unable to move into decent corporate roles. She played around with Salesforce tool and seemed to like it. I was thinking of getting her into online masters for digital marketing because she showed heavy inclination towards ads, marketing etc. Any suggestions? #jobopening #careerswitch

Thank you AAPL and NVDA
How about taking Workday training and pursuing career as Workday developer or HR business analyst?
Thanks. We tried for business analyst roles but most of the places asked for bachelors in tech.
