Change employer after I485 approval

When it's good to change employer once i485 is approved by considering i140 approval and i485 pending duration has not completed 180 days. I485 got approved in less than 6 months. I think 180 days after i485 is approved you can change employers in the same field, you just need to do AC21 form or something.

When I485 is approved you're a legal permanent resident. You don't need to do anything else after that
